Who is responsible

This website is operated by the AVer partner network team. You can reach us at contact@averworld.com.

What we collect

We only collect data you choose to send us through the contact or quote form: your name, company, e-mail address, phone number, country, the product you are interested in and your message.

With the form we also store technical context that helps us answer you: the page you were on, the language and regional version of the website, and campaign tags in the link you arrived from (for example utm_source).

Like every web server, ours keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

To answer your request, send you the information or quote you asked for, and follow up on it. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping the site secure. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Spam protection

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is not a robot. It processes technical signals from your browser and may set a technical cookie; it is not used for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

By default this website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. Optional services may only be activated after you consent (see below).

Optional services and your choices

Optional analytics, marketing and chat services (for example usage statistics, advertising measurement or a live-chat tool) are only activated if you consent through the cookie bar. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Without your consent, only strictly necessary functions run.

Who receives your data

Our sales and support team, and the service providers that host the website and its content system and deliver our e-mail. They only process data on our instructions. Our team works from several countries, so your data may be handled outside your own country with the same level of care.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your request and the business relationship that may follow, then it is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Write to contact@averworld.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
